What You Can Expect from On-Call Laser Coaching:
MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY
If your schedule is different most every day and you prefer it that way, this is the perfect fit for you! If you want the support of a coach and resist the idea of scheduling weekly coaching sessions on the same day at the same time, week after week, this is your solution!
You can still schedule a longer coaching session to create a more detailed plan or strategy, and even that will be flexible. There won't be any pre-set coaching session days and times.
RESOLVE IT NOW
You can resolve questions, issues, conflicts and challenges as they arise, typically within 24 hours. (Some restrictions may apply.) No more waiting days for your next coaching session.
SHORT "LASER" COACHING SESSIONS
You don't always have to take 45 minutes, 50 minutes or an hour out of your day to get the results you want. If you like to get to the point and get on with your life, laser coaching sessions are perfect for you!

On-Call Laser Coaching Program Features & Policies:
~ Fee paid up front.
~ Session times are rounded up to the nearest minute. You don't pay for time you're not being coached.
~ The length of the sessions is not necessarily limited, other than what our respective schedules permit at the time. However, the intention is to get to the heart of the issue or challenge and resolve it quickly.
~ Longer sessions can be scheduled at our mutual convenience.
~ Regular On-Call hours: 9 am - 7 pm mountain time, Monday through Thursday, 9 am - 3 pm Fridays.
~ Sessions that cannot be held at the time you call will be scheduled within 24 hours (not including weekends).
~ You may purchase additional blocks of coaching hours at any time.
~ After-hours emails are strongly encouraged to help you sort through your "story" in the moment, in lieu of a coaching session.
~ Emails will be responded to within 24 hours Monday through Thursday; Friday and weekend emails will be replied to on the following Monday. (Or over the weekend if my schedule allows for it.)
~ Sessions can be requested after hours or on weekends. This will be deducted at time and a half, rounded up to the nearest minute. Example: for a 13 minute after-hours session, 20 minutes will be deducted from your balance.
~ Jump Start packages expire 5 weeks from the initial session; Fast Track packages expire 8 weeks from the initial session.
~ Any extended times that I am not available (more than 3 consecutive days, not including weekends, due to my travel, vacation, illness, etc.) will not count toward your 5 or 8 weeks.
~ You may place a "hold" on your time balance for vacation, illness, or other emergency that prevents you from being available for coaching for seven (7) or more consecutive days.

I will employ master level coaching skills to assist you in quickly getting you to the heart of your issue, and to design your own resolution strategy so that you might return to integrity and move forward with your day and your life with greater peace of mind and clarity of purpose.

I'm not qualified, and I will ask you to seek the support of anther professional that is qualified if I feel your issue does not fall within the boundaries of professional coaching.
You alone are responsible for your feelings, actions and choices, and the consequences of those choices. Before being accepted to participate in the On-Call Laser Coaching Program, you will be asked to sign an agreement indicating that you understand this and are willing and able to accept full responsibility for your own thoughts, words, actions, feelings and choices.
